Komal Steels

Our place is at 8 Nandini Layout, right on the 6th Main Service Road in Narsimalu Layout. We are pretty close to Dr Rajkumar Samadhi, which is a major landmark around here. At Komal Steels, we deal with all sorts of steel items used in building and repair. It’s a dusty place because of all the metal and the trucks coming in and out. We have stacks of rods and sheets piled up. It takes some strength to move things around. We spend our days measuring and cutting pieces for people who come by. Some are builders, others are just fixing something at home. We don’t have a fancy office, just a small corner with a table where we handle the cash and receipts. The traffic on the service road is always there, humming in the background. We’ve been in this spot for a while, so the locals know us. Sometimes we have to wait for a fresh load of steel to arrive, and those days are a bit quieter. We just chat and wait. When the delivery comes, everyone gets busy. It’s physical work and your hands get rough, but it’s steady. We don’t do any big promotions, we just stay open and help whoever walks in. It’s a straightforward business, really. We just keep the stock ready. Most days we finish by evening and head home. It’s just honest work in a busy part of the city.
