Kog-Ktv Food Products India Pvt Ltd is out on Tumkur Road in Nelamangala. We are on the ground floor of 46/4. Being away from the main city center has its pros and cons. It’s a bit more open out here, but the traffic on Tumkur Road can be a real headache, especially with all the heavy trucks moving at all hours. Our facility is pretty basic. We have the machinery we need and enough space to store our food products before they are shipped out. It’s not a shiny corporate office with a view. The floors are concrete and the lighting is just standard industrial stuff. We spend our days watching the machines and making sure everything is running like it should without any hiccups. Sometimes something breaks down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves with grease on our hands. We aren't the type to use big marketing slogans or hire consultants. We just make the products and send them out. The ground floor location makes it easier for loading and unloading, which we do a lot of every single week. It gets dusty because of the road, and the noise from the highway is a constant hum in the background. We’ve grown used to it over the years. We don't have a big HR department or fancy break rooms. We just have a small area to sit and eat our lunch before getting back to the production line. It’s hard work.
