KNS Pai Tent House

KNS Pai Tent House is based in Basavanagudi at Kapodra, on L H Road 38/3. This is an old part of the city, and we have been providing tents and event gear here for quite some time. Our warehouse is usually a bit of a mess with poles, folded fabrics, and stacks of plastic chairs. When there is a festival or a wedding nearby, things get incredibly hectic. We are out loading trucks at four in the morning sometimes. The location on L H Road is convenient for getting around, though the traffic can be a real pain during the day. We don't have a fancy office. It’s mostly just a desk tucked between rolls of carpet and decorative cloth. Our hands are usually calloused from hauling heavy frames and tying ropes. People from the neighborhood come by to book stuff for small puja functions or bigger street events. We know the streets of Basavanagudi like the back of our hands because we have set up tents in almost every corner of it. It’s physical work and it’s tiring, especially when it’s hot outside. The tents need constant cleaning and repair, so there is always someone sewing a tear or washing down the tarps. We are just a local crew doing what we know how to do. At the end of the day, we pack it all up and get ready for the next event.
