The office is right here on 191 Kengeri Mainroad, and it’s usually pretty loud because of all the traffic outside. We spend most of our time looking through piles of papers and talking to people who come in looking for a start. It’s not a very big space, just some desks and chairs where we sit and try to figure out where people might fit. Some days the phone won't stop ringing and other days it is quiet enough to hear the fans humming. We get all sorts of folks coming through the door. Some are fresh out of college and look a bit nervous, and others have been working for years and just need a change. We try to keep track of who is hiring in the area, but it changes so fast. The internet helps, but a lot of it is just talking to people. Kengeri is a busy spot, so there’s always someone stopping by on their way somewhere else. We don't promise anything crazy, we just look at what you’ve done and see if any of the companies we know have an opening. It gets a bit messy with all the printed resumes lying around. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the filing. It’s just a regular job for us, helping other people find their regular jobs. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now and know the local area quite well.
