Knightsbridge International Recruitment. We’re based in Al Karamah, Dubai. It’s a busy area with a lot of shops and apartments around us. We focus on recruitment, which means we spend a lot of time looking at CVs and talking to people who want to move for work. The office isn't huge, but we have enough space for the team. The air conditioning is always on because it’s Dubai, and it gets very hot outside. We have people from all over the world coming in or calling us. It can get a bit confusing with all the different time zones, but we manage. We’ve been in Al Karamah for a while. It’s a good spot because it’s central. You can hear the traffic and the noise from the street below. Sometimes we grab a quick bite at the cafeteria next door. We aren't a big, cold agency. We know each other well and we work together on most things. The paperwork for visas and international stuff can be a real headache, but we’ve gotten good at it over the years. We just try to be helpful and get the job done. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we try to keep things grounded. Just a bunch of us working in an office in the UAE, trying to help people find their next step. We deal with a lot of different industries and companies. It keeps things interesting and keeps us on our toes all day.
