We are situated over in Seetaramapalya, specifically at Survey No. 31/1 in the K. R. Puram Hobli area. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of IT offices and houses nearby. Our building is easy to spot once you get into the lane. It’s a place where things start very early. We are usually here before the sun is fully up, getting the rooms ready for the little ones. There’s a lot of toys and colorful stuff everywhere, which is expected since it's for kids. The staff spends most of the day on their feet. It’s not the kind of job where you sit at a computer all day. We’re constantly moving, checking on things, and making sure everything is clean. The kitchen smells like food around 11 in the morning when the snacks are being prepped. We’ve been in this Seetaramapalya spot for a bit now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow. There used to be more empty lots, but now it’s all buildings and apartments. It can get loud with the construction next door, but we just close the windows and carry on with our day. It’s a very hands-on type of environment. No one here is wearing a suit or talking in fancy business terms. We just talk about what the children ate or if someone needs a nap. It’s a practical, honest place to be every single day.
