Kiyaah Consultancy Services

Our little office is situated in Reddy Layout, which is part of the Madiwala area in Bangalore. If you’ve ever been to Madiwala, you know how packed it gets with people and shops. Kiyaah Consultancy Services is right in the middle of all that action. We are a small team and we handle a lot of different requests from people looking for work or businesses needing help with their staffing. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some old desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of paper everywhere. It’s a bit of a maze getting to us through the narrow streets of the layout, but we like it here. It feels like a real neighborhood. We usually start the day early before the traffic gets too bad. Most of our time is spent interviewing folks or making calls to various companies. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby. People just walk in and we talk to them right there. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the neighbors are out or when there’s a festival nearby. We don’t mind it much. It’s just part of being in this part of Bangalore. We try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do a decent job and help people out with their careers. It keeps us busy and the day goes by fast.
