We operate out of Kothanoor 8th Main Road 79 8th Phase. It’s a busy part of Kothanur, and there's always something going on outside our door. We deal with food every day, so our kitchen is always humming with some kind of noise. We start early in the morning, usually before the sun is fully up, to get things prepped. There’s a lot of chopping, washing, and checking the supplies that come in on the trucks. Sometimes the deliveries are late, and we have to scramble a bit. It’s just the reality of the business. We have a small crew here, and we all know each other's habits by now. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the middle of the day, but we're used to it. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure everything is packed up properly if it’s going out. Our counters are stainless steel and we spend a good chunk of our time scrubbing them down. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we know the delivery drivers and the neighbors pretty well. There isn't much space for sitting around, as we’re usually on our feet all day long. By the time we close up and head home, we're pretty tired, but we come back and do it all again. It's just the way it goes here in the 8th Phase.
