King Pg

Living in Malleshwaram has its own rhythm, and that’s why we set up King Pg at number 38. It’s an old neighborhood with a lot of trees and temples, which makes it a decent place for students and workers to stay. The building isn't brand new, but we keep it clean as much as we can. We have rooms with different setups, some shared and some for one person. It gets pretty noisy during the festival seasons because of the processions nearby, but usually, it's quiet enough to get some sleep. We spend a lot of time making sure the water tanks are full and the kitchen is running. Dealing with young people all day keeps us on our toes. Sometimes they complain about the food, and sometimes they love it, you can't please everyone every single day. We try to keep things fair and simple. There aren't many rules except the basic ones about coming in late. We’ve seen a lot of people move in and move out over the years. Some stay for months, others for years. Malleshwaram is a good area because everything is close by, the market is just a walk away. We just run the place the way we’d want to live in it ourselves. It’s not a hotel, it’s just a place to stay while you’re working or studying in the city.
