Kinetic Springs Pvt Ltd

We are over at P 5/1 on Peenya 1st Main Road in the 3rd Stage. Kinetic Springs Pvt Ltd is basically just a factory floor where we make all kinds of metal springs. The machines are old but they still work fine for what we need. It gets quite noisy once everything is running at the same time. Peenya is a big place and it is easy to get lost, but we are right there on the main road. The air always smells a bit like oil and burnt metal here. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for years. We don't have a big human resources department or fancy break rooms. Most of the time, we are just standing by the lathes or checking the tension on the coils. It’s repetitive work but someone has to do it. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We get a lot of trucks coming in and out to drop off raw wire or pick up the finished crates. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the back door, so we have to move the stock around to keep it dry. It is just a regular shop in a busy industrial area. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just make springs and try to stay on schedule.
