Kimera Furniture

Kimera Furniture is located on the 1st Floor at 767 Indira Nagar. If you walk past on the sidewalk, you might miss us unless you look up. Our workshop is full of the smell of cut wood and varnish. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, especially when we are moving finished tables or bed frames. Indira Nagar is full of high-end stores, but our place is a lot more basic. We have sawdust on the floor and tools hanging on the walls. We spend our time measuring, sawing, and sanding down pieces of wood. It is honest work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. We don't have a polished showroom with bright lights and fancy displays. You just see the furniture in various stages of being built. Sometimes a piece takes longer than we thought because the wood isn't behaving right. We don't have a big sales team to talk to customers. You just talk to whoever is holding the hammer or the sandpaper at the time. We’ve been at 767 for a while now and we know the street well. The traffic outside is always loud, but inside we just focus on the grain of the wood. We make things that are meant to last, using simple methods we’ve used for years. It is a small operation, but it keeps us going and we like being in Indira Nagar even if the space is a bit cramped.
