Kfc

This KFC is located at 177 Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. It's a pretty standard spot on a street that stays busy most of the time. We have people coming in for lunch or picking up something on their way home. The kitchen stays hot, and there is always something needing to be cleaned or moved around. It gets noisy when the school nearby lets out. We have a few tables, nothing special, just chairs and places to sit. Most of the staff live around here too, so we walk or take the bus. It’s not like those big fancy offices you see in the city center. We just focus on getting the food out. Sometimes the delivery bikes pile up outside. The neighborhood has a lot of trees, which is nice when it gets really hot in the afternoon. We’ve been at this address for a while. You learn which floor tiles are a bit loose and which lights flicker if you don't flip the switch just right. It’s a job, and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about it. People know where we are. We don't need a huge billboard or anything. Just 177 on the main road. It works for us and the folks who live around RT Nagar.
