Our Kfc is on the Whitefield Surat Kamrej Road. It’s a pretty long stretch of road and things can get quite hectic during the lunch hour. We mostly spend our time in the kitchen or behind the counter. It’s a straightforward job, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We get a mix of people coming in, from families living nearby in Whitefield to folks just driving through Surat Kamrej Road. The atmosphere is usually a bit loud with the sounds of the fryers and people talking over their meals. We keep the place as clean as we can, though it gets tough when it’s really busy on the weekends. Sometimes we have a few issues with the equipment or run out of something, but we just handle it and move on. It’s a team of us who live in the area, so we know the neighborhood pretty well. We aren’t interested in fancy talk or marketing. We just serve the food and keep the tables wiped down for the next person. The heat from the kitchen can be a bit much in the afternoon, but we have the fans going. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and it feels like a regular part of our lives.
