We are Key2Jobs Consulting and we run things out of the Bhavya Pk building. It’s number 9 on the 9th Cross in Buvaneshwarinagar. If you know the HA Farm Post area then we are quite easy to find on the Dasarahalli Main Road. We help people find work and help companies find staff. It sounds simple but there is a lot of phone calling and emailing involved every single day. The office is usually humming with the sound of people talking to candidates. We have a lot of resumes piled up on our desks most of the time. It is a bit messy but we know where everything is. We are not a giant corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a small team in Bangalore 24 trying to match people with the right jobs. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we have to wait a bit to get back to our computers. We have some tea and talk while we wait. The traffic on Dasarahalli Main Road can be quite loud so we keep the windows shut most of the time. It’s a good location because it is easy for people to come in for interviews. We don’t do anything fancy here, just basic recruitment work. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we have gotten to know the other shop owners on the street.
