Kenchamba Fabricators

Our workshop is at No- 49/4 on 8th Main Road in the Peenya Second Stage area. Peenya is a huge industrial hub, and being on the 8th Main means we are right in the thick of things. There’s always the sound of welding machines, grinders, and heavy hammers coming from our place. We spend our days working with different types of metal, bending and joining them into whatever the customer needs. It’s not a clean job; we usually have soot on our faces and burns on our overalls by the end of the shift. The shop is a large open space with a lot of heavy machinery that takes up most of the room. We don't have a fancy lounge for visitors, just some plastic chairs tucked into a corner near the main door. Most of the people who work here have been doing fabrication for years, so they know their way around a torch. We don't bother with corporate talk or long meetings. We just look at the drawings, grab the materials, and get to work. Sometimes the deadlines are tight and we have to work through the night to finish a project. The traffic in Peenya can be a nightmare during the shift changes, but we just plan around it. It is hard, honest work and we take it one job at a time without making a big fuss about things. We just keep our heads down and weld until the pile of work is gone. That is just life in the factory.
