Our office is tucked away in Indira Nagar at 3287. We spend a lot of our time on the phones or looking at piles of resumes on the desk. It is a whole lot of paperwork, to be honest with you. People come in through the door looking for some work, and then companies call us up when they need an extra hand with something. We just try our best to match them up. It is not always an easy thing to do, but it certainly keeps us busy from morning to night. The coffee machine in the corner is usually running all day long. We have been at this specific location for a bit now, and the neighborhood has really changed a lot around us. It is a simple space, just some basic desks and a few computers. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the small waiting area if a lot of people show up for interviews at the same time. We don't do anything fancy here, we just listen to what people are looking for and see what we currently have on our list. Some days we find a really good fit, and other days we just have to keep looking. That is just how the job goes in this business. We are usually here from early morning until the sun goes down, just trying to keep all the records straight and everyone happy. It is a lot of talking but we really do like it.
