Our office is at 571, 27th Main in BTM 2nd Stage. BTM is a really lively part of Bangalore, always full of students and young professionals. We fit right in because we spend our time helping people find work. We are a recruitment firm, so our day is mostly talking to candidates and looking at job descriptions. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few meeting rooms for interviews and a main area where the rest of us sit. It gets pretty loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time. We don't have any of those fancy modern office perks like bean bags or ping pong tables. We just have good internet and decent coffee. The traffic on 27th Main can be a bit of a headache during rush hour, but that is just part of living in Bangalore. We've been in this spot for a good while now. People know where to find us. We get a lot of walk-ins, people just dropping off their CVs in person. We try to be helpful, even if we don't have something for them right away. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to help someone find a decent paycheck. It is a straightforward business. We work hard, we talk to a lot of people, and we go home. That is about it for our daily routine here in the city.
