Kelly Service

Our office, Kelly Service, is located in Rishi Abode on 11th Main. We are in the 4th Block of Jayanagar, right at the corner of 31st Cross. Jayanagar is a great part of Bangalore, with plenty of trees and old houses around us. We’ve been in this building for a while. It’s a pretty standard office space. Nothing too flashy, just some desks, chairs, and a small area for files. We spend our time helping people find work or helping companies find staff. It keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing. We try to keep a calm atmosphere, though. A couple of us have worked together for years, so we have a good rhythm going. We don't use those corporate scripts when we talk to people. We just speak normally. If someone is looking for a job, we tell them what’s realistic. The building itself is easy to spot. There’s a small parking area that gets full pretty quickly, so most of us take the bus or a rickshaw. We like the local shops nearby for lunch. It feels like a real community here. We aren't a big, nameless entity. We are just the people in Rishi Abode trying to get through the workweek and help out where we can. It’s a decent way to earn a living. We keep it simple and focused.
