Keerthi Paying Guest

Keerthi Paying Guest is located on the second floor of 53/4 Malleshwaram. We are on Kanganwal Road, very close to the Syndicate Bank. It’s a straightforward place for people who need a room in this part of town. We have several rooms and we try to keep things organized for everyone staying here. Since we are on the second floor, it’s a bit away from the street noise of Malleshwaram. Most of the people who stay with us are working nearby or studying. We don’t have a big hotel lobby or a gym. It’s just a simple paying guest accommodation. We make sure there is water and the basic things people need. Being near the bank makes it easy for folks to find the building. I spend a lot of my time making sure everything is working right and talking to the tenants. It’s not a corporate chain of hostels. It’s just a local place run by local people. We’ve had many different people stay here over the months. Malleshwaram is a good area with lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance. We just keep our heads down and manage the property day by day. It’s a lot of work to keep a place running but we stay busy with it. We don't have any fancy rules, just common sense stuff to keep everyone happy.
