Kavitha Steel Furniture

We run Kavitha Steel Furniture from our shop at 86 J C Nagar Near Srinivasa Tourin. It’s a busy little spot and you can usually hear us working from down the street. We focus on making things out of steel because it lasts. Wood is nice but steel doesn't warp or get eaten by bugs. We make racks and cupboards and things like that. The shop is often a bit of a mess with scraps of metal and tools everywhere. We aren't the type of people who keep everything perfectly tidy because we are always busy making something. J C Nagar is a good area for us and we’ve been here quite a while. Sometimes customers come in and we have to move a bunch of half-finished chairs just to find a place for them to sit. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just hope people like what we make and tell their friends about us. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute while we finish a weld or put down a heavy piece. We don't mind the hard work. It gets hot in the summer with the machines running, but we just drink some water and keep going. We aren't looking to become some giant factory. We like being a local business where we know the people living near Srinivasa Tourin. It is just us doing our daily work.
