Kaveri Tent Cloth Co is situated at number 25 on 3rd Main, Phase I, just off Jaya Chamarajendra Road. We deal with a lot of heavy-duty materials, mostly tent cloth and similar fabrics for events. If you walk into our place, you’ll see huge rolls of cloth stacked up against the walls. It’s a dusty job, and your hands get rough from handling all that thick material every day. The building we’re in isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place that keeps the rain off the stock. We don't have a big sales team or a fancy office. Usually, it’s just us and maybe a couple of helpers when we have to move the heavy rolls around. Measuring the cloth takes a bit of time and a lot of floor space, so the middle of the shop is usually kept clear for that purpose. We don't use fancy software to track everything; we still have a big ledger book where we write down what’s been sold. Sometimes the traffic on J.C. Road is so bad that it takes forever for our suppliers to reach us, which can be frustrating when we are waiting. We aren't looking to become a global brand or anything like that. We just want to provide the right kind of cloth for the local businesses that need it. It's practical work, and we’ve been doing it at this same spot for quite a few years.
