Kateel Krupa Event Management Services

We are based out of the Whitefield area, specifically near Soni Ni Chawl Char Rasta. Our spot is right on National Highway No 8, at Rakhia 107. Being so close to the highway means there is always dust and the sound of trucks, but it makes it easy for us to move equipment around. Kateel Krupa Event Management Services is basically us running around trying to get things ready for whatever function is coming up next. Our warehouse space is usually a mess of stacked chairs, folded tents, and boxes of decorations. It’s hard work and the hours are all over the place. Sometimes we are up at four in the morning loading a truck, and other times we are still out at midnight finishing up a stage. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people think about events. There is a lot of heavy lifting and arguing with vendors over delivery times. The office at Rakhia 107 is where we do all the planning, though we are rarely sitting down for long. We’ve got a lot of stuff shoved into the corners, from old sound systems to rolls of carpet. It’s a practical business. We don't have a fancy showroom. People usually just call us or drop by the Chawl to talk about what they need. We just try to get the job done without too much fuss and move on to the next one.
