The office is a straightforward place where we handle recruitment and staffing. We have been in this part of Karnataka for quite some time now. It’s a residential area mostly, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We have desks, some filing cabinets that are a bit overstuffed, and a few chairs for visitors. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons talking to people looking for jobs. It is a lot of talking and a lot of listening. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually hear about us through word of mouth or by just walking past our sign on the street. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we use that time to catch up on coffee. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to help the locals and the businesses around here find what they need.
