Kartoon Kids

We’ve been here in Kalyan Nagar 229 for a while now. Running Kartoon Kids keeps us busy most days, mostly dealing with parents and children coming in and out. It’s not a huge place, just a regular spot on the block where people know us. We started this because there wasn't much around for the local families, and we just stayed. Some mornings are quiet, then it gets noisy later when school lets out. The shelves are usually full of stuff, and sometimes things get a bit messy, but that's how it goes with kids' things. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It's just us here, handling the daily chores and talking to the neighbors. Some people have been coming to us since their first child was small, and now those kids are much older. It feels good to see the same faces. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs something specific, we look for it. The building at 229 is easy to find if you're walking down the main stretch. We don't do fancy advertising. Most people just walk in because they live nearby. The lights stay on until late evening, and then we lock up and go home like everyone else. It's just a local business trying to do its part in Kalyan Nagar. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep going day by day. Sometimes the delivery truck comes late and we have to wait around, but we don't mind much.
