Karnataka Consulting Eng & Gazetted Valuers is based in the Ssb Building on Dhanvanthri Road. This part of Gandhi Nagar is quite traditional and has a lot of history to it. Our office has that old-school Bangalore feel, with heavy wooden desks and lots of official-looking books on the shelves. The 560009 area is always humming with activity, being so close to the main transport hubs. We spend a lot of time writing reports and checking through various records. It is the kind of place where the ceiling fans have been spinning for decades. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team; we just have our office and our reputation in the neighborhood. People stop by because they know we have been here at this address for a long time. The walk from the main road can be a bit dusty, but the building is sturdy and quiet once you get inside. We have a routine that hasn't changed much over the years. We open up in the morning, sort through the mail, and get started on our valuations. There are a lot of papers involved in what we do, so the desks are rarely clear. It is a very practical environment where the focus is entirely on the task at hand. We enjoy being in Gandhi Nagar because everything we need is within walking distance.
