Emas Engineers

Our office for Emas Engineers is actually inside the Banshankari Balaji Paradise apartment complex. We are in Flat 109, right on the 22/3 block. Being on Kanakapura Main Road means we spend half our lives stuck in Bangalore traffic, but it’s a good location for reaching different parts of the city. It’s a bit unusual having an engineering firm in a residential building, but it works for us. It keeps things quiet so we can actually focus on the technical details of our projects. We don’t have a storefront, so most people find us by word of mouth or by looking for the building name. We’ve been working on various engineering designs and consultations from this spot for a while. The kitchen in the flat usually has a pot of tea going, and the living room is filled with computer monitors and desks. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which is fine by us. We aren’t interested in the whole high-rise corporate culture. We just want to do our engineering work properly and keep our clients happy. Bangalore is growing so fast that there is always something to do, whether it’s a small renovation or a bigger structural project. We just take the calls as they come and try to navigate the chaos of the city every day. It is a bit of a juggle, but we have managed to stay busy and keep things moving along.
