Our office for Kanchan Exports India Pvt. Ltd. is in Sagar Bhavan, located on 12A Road in the Jvpd area. Juhu is always busy, but 12A Road is a bit more tucked away from the main chaos. Sagar Bhavan is a decent building that has been around for a while. We have a space there where we handle all our export business. Most of the day is spent talking to suppliers and making sure that the packing is done correctly. We have a lot of boxes coming in and out, so the hallway can get a bit crowded sometimes. It is not a very large office, but we make the most of the space we have. There are desks for the clerical staff and a small area where we keep the most important files. We don't have any high-tech gadgets or fancy coffee machines. Usually, we just get some tea from the boy who comes around in the morning. The people working here are local and have been with us for years. We know the security guards at the gate and the other tenants in the building. It is a very grounded way of working. We don't worry about corporate branding or looking professional for the sake of it. We just want to make sure the exports get where they are going on time. It is a simple business run by people who have been doing this for a long time.
