Our restaurant is on the 100 Feet Road in Koramangala VI Block, at number 39. It’s a busy place, especially around lunch and dinner time when people come in for a full meal. The setup is quite traditional with rows of tables and chairs that can be moved around for larger groups. We serve food on stainless steel plates, and you can hear the clatter of cutlery throughout the day. The kitchen is visible through a small window, and you can see the cooks moving fast to keep up with the orders. Outside, the road is always packed with traffic, so we get a lot of people stopping in because they are already in the area. We have to mop the floors quite often because of the high foot traffic coming in from the street. The staff is used to the rush and we try to get the food out as quickly as we can. We don't have much in the way of fancy lights or decorations, just plain walls and functional furniture. In the mornings, we prepare the batters and chop the vegetables for the day ahead. It’s a lot of manual work and the kitchen stays hot. We see a lot of office workers during the week and more families on the weekends. It’s a straightforward place to eat where the focus is just on the food and getting through the daily tasks.
