Our office is on Congress Road in the Tilakwadi area of Belgaum. The building is called Aman, and it’s a spot we’ve called home for a good while now. Belgaum is a place where people still know each other, so our work in recruitment feels very local. We don’t deal with thousands of people every day; it’s more about the folks who walk in through our door looking for a better opportunity. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just talking to people across the desk about what they can do and what they’re looking for. It’s a lot of listening, honestly. The office isn't anything fancy or modern. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and focus. Tilakwadi is a nice part of town, and being on Congress Road means we see a lot of the local life passing by outside our windows. We try to keep things simple here. There’s no complicated hierarchy or corporate jargon used in our daily chats. If someone needs a job, we see if we have anything that fits. If a business needs a worker, we try to find them someone decent. It’s a lot of small steps that eventually help people out. We take our time with things and don’t try to rush just to meet some arbitrary target. It’s just us, doing what we can in our corner of Belgaum to keep things moving forward for everyone.
