Our office is tucked away at Raja Rajeswari Nilaya, which is 185/186. It’s actually quite close to the New Baldwin High School here in Bengaluru. Being near a school means there is always a lot of noise in the mornings and afternoons when the kids are being dropped off or picked up. It gives the area a lively feel, even if the traffic gets a bit stuck on the narrow roads. We’re in the 560098 zip code area, which is a bit of a mix between residential homes and small businesses. Inside, the office is pretty plain. We have desks, some old filing cabinets, and the usual computers. We deal with steel, but since we are in a building like this, it’s mostly the administrative and planning side of things. You wouldn’t know we are a steel company just by looking at the building from the street. We’ve got a small team here. We usually head out for coffee at the local spots nearby when we need a break from the screens. The weather in Bengaluru is usually decent, which helps when the office gets a bit stuffy. We don’t have fancy signs or a big corporate entrance. It’s just a regular building where we come to work every morning. We handle the logistics and the paperwork that keeps the bigger operations moving along. It’s a steady pace, and we’ve grown used to the neighborhood and its daily rhythms.
