We have a small photography studio located in Kalyan Nagar, right behind the Royal Comfort School on the 80 Feet Road. It’s a quiet little place where we do most of our work. We take photos for all sorts of things, like weddings, birthdays, or just simple passport shots when people need them. It isn’t one of those high-end places with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, it’s just one of us holding the camera and another helping with the lights. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time and most of our customers are just families from around here. We spend a lot of hours sitting at the computer trying to get the colors right on the prints. The school nearby is the best way to find us if you’re lost. We don’t do any big promotions or anything. We just hope that if someone likes their photos, they’ll tell their friends. It can get pretty hectic during the wedding season, and we end up working late into the night. Sometimes the equipment acts up, or the lighting in a hall is terrible, but we just do our best to make it work. It’s a simple life, mostly just looking through a lens and trying to capture something decent. We keep the studio open most days, and people just drop in whenever they have an event coming up. It's just a local shop where the coffee is usually cold and the camera bags are always full.
