Our office is tucked away in New Thippasandra, which is a neighborhood that always feels alive. It’s not one of those sterile office parks you see in the newer parts of the city. We’ve got local shops and houses all around us, and it makes coming to work feel a bit more grounded. Kalpana Protech is really just a group of us working on technical stuff every day. The space isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have. There’s always a few coffee mugs sitting on the tables and some loose wires here and there because we’re usually in the middle of a project. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, so we just take a break and talk until it comes back. It’s a relaxed atmosphere mostly. We don't wear suits or follow strict corporate rules because that just wouldn't fit the vibe of New Thippasandra. Most of us live nearby or take the bus in. You can hear the morning market sounds if you get in early enough. We spend a lot of time looking at specs and making sure things are built right. It’s a lot of work and we like the people we deal with. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but nobody really minds the scuffs. We're more focused on the hardware and the technical problems we need to solve before the day ends. It’s a simple setup but it works for us.
