Living at Kalavathi P G Accommodation is pretty straightforward. We are located right in the Rajajinagar Industrial Estate, specifically in Ramdas Nagar. One of the easiest ways to find us is to look for the government school because we are right next to it. You can hear the school bell ring and the kids playing during their lunch break, which makes the neighborhood feel quite lively. Most of the people staying here work in the nearby factories or offices in the industrial area, so the house is usually quiet during the daytime. We have several rooms set up with basic beds and cupboards for everyone. It’s a practical place for people who just need a decent spot to sleep and eat after a long shift. We spend a lot of our time making sure the water tanks are full and the common areas are swept. My mother handles most of the cooking in the kitchen, making sure there is hot rice and sambar for dinner. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour or two, but that is just how things are in this part of town. We don't have a big reception desk or staff in uniforms. It’s just us running the place and making sure the residents have what they need to get through their week without too much trouble. We just try to keep things clean and keep the kitchen running on time every day.
