Kalash Handicraft

We've been here at 225 Chickpet for quite a while now. Running Kalash Handicraft is just what we do every day. People stop by the shop when they are in the neighborhood, mostly looking for things made by hand. It gets busy on this street, but we usually have someone around to help out. It is a small space, packed with all sorts of items we've gathered over the years. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most folks find us just by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. Chickpet is a crowded area, so finding 225 isn't always easy if you're in a rush. We spend a lot of time organizing the shelves and making sure everything looks okay. It isn't a fancy showroom, just a regular place where we keep our stock. Sometimes the floor is a bit dusty because of all the street traffic right outside. We open up in the morning and stay until the evening. If you are looking for specific handicrafts, we might have what you need sitting in a corner somewhere. We try to keep things simple here. No big corporate meetings, just us working and talking to whoever comes through the door. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the inventory, but it keeps us busy. We like being part of the local market here. That's pretty much how we run things at Kalash Handicraft day in and day out.
