Kailash Telecom

Kailash Telecom is located at number 15 in Nandini Layout. It’s a small place, honestly, but we’ve been here for a good while. We mostly deal with mobile recharges, sim cards, and some basic phone repairs. The shop gets pretty busy in the evenings when people are coming home from work. We have a few shelves with accessories and chargers that we keep stocked. It’s not a fancy air-conditioned showroom. We just have a fan that rattles a bit when it's on high. We know most of the people who live on this street. They drop by for a quick top-up or to ask why their phone isn't catching the signal. We try to help out where we can. Sometimes we are just chatting with the neighbors while we work. The layout is a bit tight, especially if more than three people come in at once. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us behind the counter. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some days are slow, especially when it rains and the street gets muddy. But we are always here, six days a week. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. No big fuss, just helping people stay connected with their families and friends. We keep a diary of all the recharges we do by hand.
