Kaavian Logistics

Running Kaavian Logistics is a lot of work, mostly because the traffic in Marthahalli is so bad. We are located at 112 Marthahalli, right opposite Doddanakundi. It’s a strategic spot, but getting trucks in and out during peak hours is a real challenge. We handle moving goods from one place to another, which sounds simple but usually involves a lot of shouting on the phone and checking maps. Our office is pretty basic, just some phones, computers, and a whiteboard where we track where everything is. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s always some delay with a driver or a breakdown that we have to fix quickly. My team and I are usually here early in the morning before the sun comes up to get things started. We don't have fancy brochures or a PR team. We just try to get the stuff where it needs to go without too much trouble. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to stay late to sort it out. Marthahalli is always noisy, and being near Doddanakundi means there’s constant movement. We’ve been at this for a while and we’ve learned a lot about which roads to avoid and which ones are okay for the big trucks. It’s a stressful business sometimes, but we like the pace of it. We just keep our heads down and keep the trucks moving as best as we can every single day. It is a long haul but we manage.
