K V Keshava

K V Keshava is located at 121-5 Avenue Road. We’re right opposite the Kamat Hotel. If you’ve ever been to Avenue Road, you know how packed it gets. There are people everywhere, and the noise never really stops from morning to night. We’ve been here for a long time. Our shop is small and sits right in the middle of all that chaos. We like it though. There’s an energy to this street that you don't find anywhere else in the city. Being across from the hotel makes it easy for people to find us. They just look for the hotel sign and then look across the road. Our place is pretty basic. We have shelves full of things and a small counter where we talk to people who stop by. It’s not a fancy setup at all. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re a huge company. We’re just local folks working on Avenue Road. We see all kinds of people every day. Some are just passing through, others are regulars we’ve known for decades. It’s a busy life, but it suits us well enough. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on being here and doing what we do. The fan in the corner makes a bit of a clicking sound, but it keeps us cool during the heat. That’s just how it is here. Simple and normal. We just do our work every day.
