My name is K R P Rao and I operate out of Tunganagar. The exact spot is number 16 in Viswaneedam, over in the Srinivasa Herohalli area. It’s been my base for a long time. I moved here when there weren't so many houses around. Now it’s gotten quite crowded. Finding the place can be a bit tricky if the GPS is acting up, so I usually tell people to look for the local landmarks. I handle everything personally. There isn’t a secretary or a big reception desk. You just come in and we talk about what needs doing. I keep my tools and paperwork in the back. It stays pretty dusty because of the road work nearby, but that’s just how it is. I started this after working for other people for years. I figured I could do it better on my own without someone breathing down my neck. It isn't always easy. Some months are slow and others I barely have time to eat lunch. I try to stay honest with everyone. If I can't do something, I'll say so. No point in wasting time. The neighborhood is okay, mostly working families. I’ve lived and worked in this part of town long enough to know most of the faces. If you stop by, you'll probably find me at the desk or out front trying to get some fresh air.
