K P S Cable Network

Running K P S Cable Network from this spot in Shivaji Nagar at the New Unique Industrial 88 building keeps us on our toes. It is an industrial area, so there is always a lot of clanking and shouting going on outside our door. Most of our work involves dealing with cables and boxes and trying to figure out why someone’s signal isn't working right. We have stacks of wires and tools all over the place. It’s not the cleanest office you’ll ever see, but we know where everything is. Sometimes we are out on the street climbing up to look at the lines, and other times we are sitting here answering the same questions over and over. Rain is usually our biggest problem because it messes with the connections and then the phone doesn't stop ringing. We just take it one job at a time. It’s mostly local people and small businesses around here that we deal with. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine. When things get busy, we might stay late to finish up some repairs. It’s a lot of manual work and troubleshooting. We don't have any fancy brochures or a lobby with chairs. If you come by, you’ll probably find us untangling a mess of cords or testing a new piece of equipment. It’s just a normal day at the shop for us.
