K N Mobile Solutions is located at Padmanabhanagar 7th Cross 14/17 and we have been here for several years now. Our shop is where people bring their gadgets when they stop working right. We deal with everything from software glitches to hardware that has been dropped in water. Padmanabhanagar is a nice residential area so we get a lot of families and students coming in. The shop is quite small and the workbench is always covered with tiny screws and various tools that I use for the delicate repairs. It takes a lot of patience to sit and look through a magnifying glass for hours but that is how the work gets done. We don't have any polished marketing slogans or a corporate vibe here. It is just a place with a counter and some shelves for the phones that are waiting to be picked up. Sometimes the parts we need take a few days to arrive and we just have to explain that to the customers. Most people around here are patient and they appreciate that we don't overcomplicate things. We keep the 7th Cross location tidy enough but it is definitely a working shop and not a showroom. My goal is just to get the devices back into the hands of their owners as soon as I can. We don't make big promises we just do the repairs as they come in and hope for the best. It is a quiet way to make a living.
