K K Communciation is tucked away in Shanthi Nagar, right inside Bramha Memories at shop number 2. It’s a quiet enough area compared to some parts of town, which is nice. We mostly deal with mobile recharges, sim cards, and some basic phone repairs. It all started when phones became something everyone had to have. I remember when we first opened, things were much simpler. Now there are so many different plans and data packages that it gets confusing for some of the older folks around here. We spend a lot of time explaining how much data is in a pack or why a certain plan might be better for them. We also have a few accessories hanging on the walls, like chargers and some earphones. It’s a small shop, so you can see everything as soon as you walk in. We don't have a team of people, just a couple of us who take turns being at the counter. The Bramha Memories building is easy to find once you are in the Shanthi Nagar area. We see the same faces every month when it’s time to top up their balance. We don't do anything too fancy here, just basic communication needs. It’s a steady kind of life. We try to be helpful and just get the job done so people can get back to their day. If your phone isn't catching the signal or you need a new number, we’re right here at number 2.
