K. K. Aromas

You can find K. K. Aromas at 319, 9th Cross in Shastri Nagar. It is a quiet residential area for the most part, but we have been running our business from this spot for quite a while now. The building is just a regular house that we have converted into a workspace. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is the smell of all the different oils and essences we keep on the shelves. It’s a bit overwhelming for some people, but we don’t even notice it anymore. We spend a lot of time mixing things and pouring them into smaller bottles for our customers. It’s a manual process and things can get a little messy with labels and caps scattered around. We don’t have a big marketing budget or any fancy sales team. Most of our customers come to us because they know someone who has used our products before. The office is crowded with boxes and containers, so there isn't much room to move around. We like it here in Shastri Nagar because it’s easy for the delivery trucks to get in and out without too much trouble. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up an order, but we don't mind the extra work. It’s just a small operation run by people who know their way around a scent bottle. We take things one day at a time and focus on the orders we have.
