Being in Bangalore is a different experience than our other locations. We are over at No. 4 on 6th B Cross in Kaggadasapura. It’s a busy neighborhood, and the traffic on the way to the office can be a real headache some mornings. We are tucked away in a spot that isn’t too obvious if you aren’t looking for it. The office is a regular building, nothing like those big glass towers you see in the tech parks. We handle a lot of the coordination for Jsw Steel from this side of the city. It’s mostly about managing the supply chain and talking to the different departments. We have a small team here, and we all know each other well. The space is a bit cramped with all the files and equipment, but we make it work. There’s a tea shop just around the corner where we usually go for our breaks. We don’t do any marketing from here; we just handle the operations. It’s a lot of emails and phone calls, making sure the steel from the north gets to where it needs to be in the south. The rain in Bangalore can sometimes mess with our schedule, but we just adapt. It’s a practical office for people who care about the work more than the appearance. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs.
