Jovas Recruitment Co is located down in Bangalore, specifically in Hongasandra. You can find us at 309/2 on 7th Main, 6th Cross in the Shanthi Nagar area. It’s a pretty standard part of the city, and our office fits right in. We don’t have a flashy lobby or a bunch of recruiters in expensive suits. It’s just a small team of us working out of this space to help people find work and help companies find staff. The neighborhood is usually quite busy, and the 560068 area has its own local charm. We’ve been here long enough to know the best spots for a quick lunch nearby. Our approach is very simple. We don't have a big mission statement or any corporate slogans. We just talk to people, look at resumes, and try to make things work out for everyone. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. The office can get a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at once, but that’s just the nature of recruitment. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Bangalore. We just want to be a place where things actually get done without a lot of fuss. It’s an honest, slightly messy, but very real business. We put in the hours every day and try to stay organized, even when the paperwork starts piling up on the desks.
