Joule Careers

We are located over in Indira Nagar, specifically the Barve Nagar area at 166/6. It’s an office where we spend the day looking through resumes and talking to people on the phone. We help people find jobs, mostly in offices around here. It’s a lot of paperwork and matching names to lists. We started this because we knew a lot of people looking for work and some companies needed help finding staff. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a regular office space with some desks, some chairs, and computers that sometimes run a bit slow. We talk to folks about what they did before and what they want to do next. Sometimes it works out quickly, other times it takes a while. We don't promise anything impossible, we just see what’s available on the market. The printer jams sometimes and the files get stacked up high on the desks. It’s a busy atmosphere but we try to keep it calm for the people coming in for interviews. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. People come in for interviews or just to drop off their details. We try to be helpful where we can. It’s just us working through the piles of applications every day. The fan in the corner makes a clicking sound but we don't really notice it anymore. We just keep track of the local job openings and see who fits.
