The building is a multi-story house that we’ve set up for residents. It’s not like a hotel; it’s more of a shared living space. We have different rooms, some shared and some single. It’s a simple life here. We make sure the water is running and the place is kept relatively clean, but we aren't running a luxury resort. It’s just a place for people to sleep and have a roof over their heads. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, except when the school buses come by in the morning and afternoon. We have a small entrance where people park their scooters. Sometimes the hallways get a bit crowded with shoes, but that’s just how it is when you have several people living together. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who look after the maintenance and collect the rent. Most of our residents are young guys starting their first jobs. We try to keep a friendly atmosphere without being too pushy about rules, as long as everyone is respectful of each other. It’s a basic, honest way to provide housing for people who need something affordable in this part of town.
