You can find us over in Jalahalli West, at number 29. It’s a busy part of town, especially with all the industrial stuff going on nearby. We’ve been trading steel here for a while and the yard is usually full of different beams and rods. It’s a dusty place, to be honest, but that’s just the nature of the steel business. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations. Most of our day is spent checking inventory and talking to drivers who come in to pick up loads. The office is just a small room off to the side where we keep the ledgers and the phone. It’s often quite loud with the sound of metal being moved around outside. We try to keep things simple and honest here. If someone needs a specific type of steel, we check the stacks and see if we have it. If not, we try to figure out when the next delivery is coming. We’ve got a couple of guys who help with the heavy lifting and loading the trucks. The weather can make things tough sometimes, especially when it’s pouring rain and we have to cover everything up. But we’ve lived and worked in this area long enough to be used to it. It’s a basic operation, nothing too complex. We just focus on getting the steel out to the people who need it for their projects around the city. It's hard work but we are used to the noise and the dust.
