Jobzadda

You can find Jobzadda over at 279 Hesaraghatta on the ground floor. We are right there at 5th Main and 5th Cross in Agg Layout. It’s a decent spot, though the layout can be a bit confusing for people who haven't been here before. We spend our time helping people find work or looking through different job openings. The office is usually full of papers and people coming in to check the listings. We don't have any big leather chairs or fancy computers. It’s just basic desks and a lot of effort. We started Jobzadda because we saw a lot of people needing a hand with their applications. It’s not a corporate recruiting firm; it’s more like a local hub. We have a few computers for people to use, and the printer is almost always running. Sometimes it jams, which is frustrating, but we fix it and keep going. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. We like the ground floor because people can just walk right in off the street. There’s no need for an appointment usually. We’re just here to help where we can. It’s a lot of talking to people and trying to figure out where they fit best. We don't have any big slogans or catchy phrases. We just work through the piles of resumes and keep at it every single day. The coffee machine is usually broken, but we make do with the tea shop around the corner.
