Jobworld

Jobworld is located over in Ramamurthy Nagar in Bangalore. We are basically operating out of the same building as Sri Raghavendra Clinic, which belongs to Varalakshmi S. It’s an interesting spot because you have people coming in for medical reasons and then you have us upstairs or nearby working on recruitment and jobs. It’s a very local feel here. Ramamurthy Nagar isn't like the big corporate hubs in the city; it feels more like a neighborhood. Our office is small and filled with papers and files. We don't have a big HR department or fancy branding. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and talking to people who are looking for work. The clinic downstairs is always busy, so there’s a lot of coming and going. Sometimes the smell of medicine drifts up, but you get used to it. The desks are wooden and a bit old-fashioned. We have a ceiling fan that wobbles a bit on the high setting. It’s a simple life here. We help people find jobs and we try to keep things organized despite the limited space. Most of the people who walk in are locals from around Bangalore 560 016. We don't have a website that looks like a million bucks; we just have our phone and our list of openings. It’s a very down-to-earth place where we just get things done without any fuss.
