Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We talk to a lot of people every day, mostly over the phone or email. It can be a bit repetitive, but it’s important work for those looking for a break. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. It’s just a small team trying to keep the platform running right. We have some old posters on the wall to make it look a bit brighter. At the end of the day, we just lock up and head out into the evening traffic. It’s a simple, honest living and we don't mind the hard work it takes to keep things going. Sometimes we share a few jokes while waiting for the files to upload.
